Gîte Hias
🌿 Charming cottage with views of the pine trees and the Pyrenees
Welcome to our spacious 65 m² gîte, ideal for 4 people (additional bed on request). Located in a quiet area, in the heart of the Landes countryside, it offers you an unobstructed view of the pine trees and, on a clear day, the Pyrenees 🏔️
Just 10 minutes from Dax, 5 minutes from the Saubusse thermal baths, 20 minutes from the ocean and less than an hour from Spain 🇪🇸, it's the perfect place for a relaxing holiday or spa treatment.
🏠 The cottage consists of:
🛋️ A friendly living room with bench seat, TV, and a fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, combined oven/microwave/grill, 4-burner ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, filter coffee maker & Senseo, toaster...
🛏️ A bedroom on the ground floor with two 90 cm beds (which can be converted into a 180 cm King Size bed), and an adjoining bathroom with shower and WC.
🚻 A separate toilet for added comfort.
🛏️ Upstairs: a second bedroom with 2 single beds and a relaxation mezzanine with coffee table, armchairs and office area.
🧺 A practical laundry room with washing machine and clothes horse.
🌞 Outside:
🌅 A covered terrace facing southwest, with garden furniture, barbecue, table and chairs to fully enjoy the beautiful days.

Valérie applies the cancellation conditions related to Covid-19, if the conditions are justified either by the contraction of the virus or by the application of new government rules. The sums paid, if they have been cashed, will take the place of 1 deposit on a postponement of stay valid for 18 months from the establishment of the credit.

- toast: garnished with butter and ""homemade"" jams made by Valérie
- pastries: take the form of pancakes or brioche or ""homemade"" cakes or Viennese pastries…
- And on the one hand, Pastis Landais (This is not the alcoholic drink, but the traditional Landes cake. If we talk about pastis , we are referring to this compact brioche with a melting texture , flavored with vanilla, rum, anise or orange blossom, typical of Landes gastronomy.
From the beginning of the day, it will be the occasion for a strong moment of conviviality during which we will be able to discuss and possibly help you prepare your visits in the region. 😉👍
