In case of change of night linen during the stay: 8 euros will be requested per bed

A deposit of 300 € will be requested at the entrance , returned at the latest one week after the end of the stay, according to the inventory.
We also offer vacationers, spa guests ... who wish, a cleaning package at the end of the stay (70 €)
Arrival at the gîte is scheduled for SATURDAYS from 5 p.m. in "very high season", "high season" and during school holidays (with some exceptions). Outside these periods the day of arrival is "flexible" to be defined with Valérie
A 30% deposit by check or bank transfer will be requested and collected. He will validate the reservation. The balance must be paid 1 week before the arrival date

PetsOn request and after agreement on our part, we accept calm, clean and well-educated dogs, behaving perfectly around other guests. Deposit of 300 €
Cancellation by the tenant : Any cancellation must be notified by registered letter to the owner.
a) cancellation before arrival at the premises:
The deposit remains with the owner. The latter may request the balance of the amount of the stay, if the cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the scheduled date of entry into the premises.
If the tenant does not show up at the arrival time agreed with the owner, this contract becomes void and the owner can dispose of his gîte. The deposit also remains with the owner who will request payment of the balance of the rental.
b) if the stay is shortened, the rental price remains with the owner. No refund will be made.
